So I think it was a diversionary statement.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"728\" height=\"447\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/64973129.jpg\" alt=\"Intent of tolling roads under PPP agreements a diversionary statement - Dr Wereko-Brobbey\" class=\"wp-image-10031867335\"   title=\"Intent of tolling roads under PPP agreements a diversionary statement - Dr Wereko-Brobbey\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>Dr. Wereko-Brobbey made this known when he spoke on <strong>Joy FM<\/strong>\u2019s Super Morning Show on Wednesday, July 27.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Government has already dismissed claims it intends to re-introduce road tolls in the country after suspending same.<\/p>\n<p>The government through the Roads Ministry said it will use innovative means to finance road projects in the country for the betterment of the motoring public.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"726\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/49CFDAA3-BB1F-4A29-A975-70FA24C365B9.jpeg\" alt=\"Intent of tolling roads under PPP agreements a diversionary statement - Dr Wereko-Brobbey\" class=\"wp-image-10032141091\"   title=\"Intent of tolling roads under PPP agreements a diversionary statement - Dr Wereko-Brobbey\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cThe Ministry wishes to state categorically that the government has not reinstated toll collection across the country.
