Thankfully, it was a 4, 3 split decision. We hope and should be confident that a review application, if filed, will be successful. The issue about commercializing cannabis for good use is epochal\u201d, he tweeted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">\u201cIt\u2019s however important to note that the court did not make a moral pronouncements on cannabis but had a procedural issue with the application of the law in conformity with the constitution\u201d, he said<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">This is the second time Gabby is talking about the need to legalize and commercialize cannabis on twitter.
