She is walking away with\u00a0a hefty profit.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>But considering the $8.3 million she was ordered to pay to Depp after being found guilty of defamation by\u00a0the jury, every penny Depp was ordered to pay $2 million and\u00a0Virginia\u2019s cap on damages, Heard is left to pay $5 million in total \u2014 money she says she does not have.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>And she might now be kicking herself for that.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Newly\u00a0unsealed court documents\u00a0now show that Heard walked away from a divorce payout that could have run tens of millions of dollars.<\/p>\n<p>Documents obtained by The Post show that Heard denied requests from lawyers to seek half of Depp\u2019s $33 million he made filming the fourth installment of \u201cPirates of the
