Credit: @flynimaboy \u2014 Twitter<\/p>\n<div id=\"article-text\" style=\"line-height: 2; letter-spacing: -0.5px;font-size: 18px;\">\n<p>                        <!--p class=\"ky_saved_articles_link\"><span class=\"ky_saved_articles_hide\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\" class=\"ky_saved_articles_img\" alt=\"\u2018I will be surprised if my album is not nominated for VGMA\u2019s Album of the Year next year\u2019 \u2013 Ras Kuuku\" title=\"\u2018I will be surprised if my album is not nominated for VGMA\u2019s Album of the Year next year\u2019 \u2013 Ras Kuuku\"><\/span> Bookmark<\/p-->\n<p>Reggae Dancehall artiste, Ras Kuuku, says he will be surprised if his new album dubbed <em>3 3 &#038; 1<\/em>, is not nominated in next year\u2019s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards \u2018Album of the Year\u2019 category.<\/p>\n<p>According to the controversial musician, the songs on the album are \u201cmasterpieces\u201d, and have what it takes to be nominated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf I don\u2019t see this album in the Album of the Year category next year, I will be shocked,\u201d he said on <strong>Hitz FM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?height=314&#038;href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FHitz1039%2Fvideos%2F832001658183808%2F&#038;show_text=false&#038;width=560&#038;t=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; web-share\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The one-time VGMA Reggae\/Dancehall Artiste of the Year is optimistic that his latest album will do well on the market.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview with <strong>Andy Dosty<\/strong> on <strong>Daybreak Hitz<\/strong>, Ras Kuuku spent time with the show\u2019s pundits to review the album.<\/p>\n<p>The album features artistes like Fameye, Kuami Eugene, Y-Pee, and others who brought their A-game to the songs they collaborated on.<\/p>\n<p>Kojo Kurankye, aka Ras Kuuku was born on 23 July, 1984 in Accra, Ghana by Madam Afia Kesewaa and Mr. Asiamah.<\/p>\n<p>He had his junior high school education at Dome D.A.J.H.S.
