The Ghana Education Service (GES) in collaboration with the Ministry of Education (MoE) has asked teaching and non-teaching staff of the service to submit details through the EMIS platform called KoBoToolbox.<\/p>\n

EMIS stands for Educational Management Information System. It is a system for gathering, integrating, processing, maintaining, and disseminating data and information to aid in decision-making, policy analysis and formulation, planning, monitoring, and management at all levels of an educational system.<\/p>\n

It is a system made up of people, technology, models, methods, processes, procedures, rules, and regulations that work together to give educational leaders, decision-makers, and managers at all.<\/p>\n

The information required to be submitted by GES staff includes the following, Date of birth, School Code, Registered Number and others. <\/p>\n

How to Fill and Submit EMIS Teacher Data<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Log on to https:\/\/ee.humanitarianresponse.info\/x\/uFYaHLyH<\/p>\n

2. Enter the 11-Digit School Code. ( Ask your Headmaster for it)<\/p>\n

3. Proceed by providing all the data required as stated above.<\/p>\n

4. Check to confirm all the information provided.<\/p>\n

5. Click on the submit button and wait for an SMS from EMIS.<\/p>\n

Repeat the process if you do not receive an SMS within 20\u201330 minutes<\/p>\n
