The New Patriotic Party is set to launch it 30th anniversary celebration today. It been an eventful 30 years of pleasant memories and unpleasant ones yet the NPP as a part has seen it all.<\/p>\n

A leading member of the NPP Mr Boakye Agyako has sent an important message to the rank and file of the party stating that as they celebrate their successes, it also important to bare in mind that the task “ahead can’t be won by mere slogans.”<\/p>\n

Mr Boakye Agyako also noted that if the party can continue to maintain its hard and successes, then all are needed on board. He also emphasized that hard work, enthusiasm and a collective effort by all is the wat forward to winning the battles ahead.<\/p>\n

He stressed that just the talk of the lips are not adequate to bring victory. He urged all and sundry within the NPP fraternity to remain committed to the goals and aspirations of the party.<\/p>\n

He also opined that “The battles ahead of us and not for the faint-hearted nor can they be won by mere slogans. They call for hard work, zeal and untiring efforts exerted by all.”<\/p>\n

Mr Boakye Agyako again emphasized that “While we celebrate our many successes, we must also examine our present difficulties that encompasses us with outmost scrutiny. Thirty years in the political trenches both internally and externally, will necessarily inflict its consequences. You have frayed us at our adges and threatens to dull our sense of self and mission. This we must jealously guard against. I therefore on this occasion, call on all members of the party rank-and-file to rededicate ourselves to a party and all that it stands for with feet and full confidence.<\/p>\n
