He has expressed his displeasure about the finance minister&#8217;s silence on the 200 million dollars taken from the Consolidated fund to build the national cathedral.<\/p>\n<p>The finance minister appeared before parliament to present the mid year budget review. In his presentation, a lot of issues were addressed. One key thing that was not mentioned was the funding of the national cathedral. Okudzeto Ablakwa was not happy about the omission of the Cathedral from the mid year review.
