Ghana got themselves a spot kick after a handball incident in the box which was perfectly converted by Accra Hearts of Oak forward Daniel Afriyie Barnieh to give Ghana the lead.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">Early minutes of the second half saw another Hearts of Oak player Mohammed Alhassan shot in the second to ease the pressure on the team.
