It was built at a whooping cost of $217 million. The ultra &#8211; modern medical facility offers service delivery, training and research. It is also well equipped with state &#8211; of &#8211; the &#8211; art facilities for trauma and emergency services with a heliport and internal medicine,  surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, cardiology, heart surgery and medicinal imaging.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/8140683de56b4b87880187c31cfeb476\"\/>The facility currently boast of a 650 bed capacity and an additional on &#8211; going Phase 2 project at the medical facility will add 350 beds to augment the total number of beds to 1000.
