22-year-old Eric Mensah has disclosed that the security he works for fired him after his interview on SVTV Africa.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In his initial interview, Eric revealed that the paid him GHs400 monthly. As a result, he eats Gari daily to be able to save some money. Eric can’t afford to eat twice a day. Moreover, he cannot afford to rent a room in Accra with his Ghs400 monthly salary. As a result, he sleeps in a corridor at his workplace.\u00a0<\/p>\n

However, the owner of the house he guards informed his security about his interview and sabotaged him. After the first interview, patrons of the SVTV Africa Foundation supported him with a Ghs1000. According to Eric, he used the money to fix a kiosk as a temporary home.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In a recent interview with DJ Nyaami, Eric disclosed that the fired him upon the house owner\u2019s request. Moreover, he has a new job in the same field that pays Ghs500, but the job provides food.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe sacked me right after the second interview. The told me that he wanted me fired. My new job comes with food, and I have a place to sleep now, so it is better than the previous one,\u201d Eric said.<\/p>\n

A follower of SVTV Africa saw his interview and sent him Ghs1000. Eric expressed gratitude for the support from SVTV Africa Foundation.\u00a0<\/p>\n
