She added that since monies have already been pushed into the project and blueprint for the construction of the Cathedral, it can\u2019t be halted.<\/p>\n<p>However, if the government can build the cathedral and also focus on other social amenities like the provision of potable water, construction of roads, streetlights, and electricity.
