The Controller and Accountant General Department has asked heads of the various public institutions to submit data of their various workers to them. Following that a Microsoft Excel Template has been sent to various platforms to be filled by the various heads. <\/p>\n
This article seeks to give an update from CAGD to all GES workers and other public sector workers. According to a release from CAGD;<\/p>\n
1. This nominal data submission takes effect from 1st August, 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 2. Starting from August, between 1st and 15th of every month, Headteachers must submit this data to Controller and Accountant General Department via the email provided. [email\u00a0protected]<\/strong><\/p>\n 3. Controller would not accept any excuse of non-submission or late submission. Heads must take note<\/p>\n 4. This data is about staff who receive salary and are on your staff.<\/p>\n 5. Heads are supposed to use the Validation printout to guide them in doing this work.<\/p>\n 6. Verify teachers’ particulars and submit accurate data.\u00a0<\/p>\n According to CAGD, this is to help in Rationalisation expenditure measures. Heads of various institutions are to comply and fill the template. Below is a sample of the template:<\/p>\n Check or find out from your district office and fill the form. The template requires the following<\/p>\n 1. Employee Number<\/p>\n 2. Full Name<\/p>\n 3. The Date Of Birth<\/p>\n 4. Ghana Card Number<\/p>\n 5. Job<\/p>\n 6. Bank Name<\/p>\n 7. Account Number<\/p>\n 8.
