According to the deputy finance minister, people who fail to comply to the rules of the constitution can be arrested. <\/p>\n<p>These rules and regulations have the e- levy being passed as a legal bill which must be obeyed by all Ghanaians. The payment of the e-levy by Ghanaians who have registered mobile money is compulsory. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/51fc4013fc264bf2a87c90021fcd88a4\"\/><\/p>\n<p>However, Sam George made a public comment where he revealed that he will not pay the e-levy and nothing can be done to him. He stated that no one can arrest him, and he said all of this on live television. <\/p>\n<p>After the full effect of the e-levy, people have questioned whether the deputy finance minister is capable of arresting Sam George.
