{"id":1135178,"date":"2022-06-27T08:26:06","date_gmt":"2022-06-27T08:26:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2022\/06\/27\/court-to-determine-the-fate-of-arise-ghana-demo-today\/"},"modified":"2022-06-27T08:26:06","modified_gmt":"2022-06-27T08:26:06","slug":"court-to-determine-the-fate-of-arise-ghana-demo-today","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2022\/06\/27\/court-to-determine-the-fate-of-arise-ghana-demo-today\/","title":{"rendered":"Court to Determine the Fate of Arise Ghana Demo Today"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<article>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/78dcee807c0449e9bb3598b2e91a2799\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The Fate of the pressure group known as Arise Ghana:s demonstration will be determined by court today, June 27th, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The demonstration which is scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, 28 and 29th June, to demonstrate against the economic hardships the country such as hikes in fuel price, high cost of living and etc may not happened as scheduled.<\/p>\n<p>This is because the <span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">Ghana Police Service says the disagreement with the group over the time for holding the demonstration compelled them to go to court. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">The Director of Public Affairs, Chief Superintendent Grace Ansah-Akrofi has therefore issued a statement to that effect.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">Though the court is yet to decide the Fate of the demonstration, Arise Ghana pressure group says the demonontration will certainly happen because they have complied with the law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">According to the group, &#8220;it was in this country that the dumsor vigil was held.
