He criticized the alleged discrepancy in the Covid19 expenditures between the Finance Ministry and the Presidency.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/res.6chcdn.feednews.com\/assets\/v2\/62a5c708b5f54974b521ae15022cf49d?quality=uhq&#038;resize=720\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn this particular occasion, there&#8217;s nothing like free water and electricity and that is the thing we must do understand because we are paying for it. Enough of the deception. It is not free.
