Yesterday, he brought to the notice of Ghanaians that he will have his PhD Oral examination today at exactly 2:00 pm and after the oral exams, he would be awarded a PhD degree in Applied Agricultural Economics and Policy.<\/p>\n<p>All well-wishers were happy after Peter Boamah Otukonnor updated us on his progress.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Romans 8:28.
