About GHC 2 billion is required here!\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>These are the words of Kofi Asare, the Executive Director of Africa Education Watch, Eduwatch. According to him, Ghana government needs another GHC 3.5 billion to construct more schools that are sited under trees across all parts of Ghana.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/8724a28fc9654787a03d21a18f199b0f\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnother GHC 3.5 billion is needed since 2018 to construct 5400 schools existing under trees and sheds, so poor rural children can learn in a decent environment and complete Basic School. \u201d He noted.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the education expert and leader of think tank believes that the Ghana Christian Council has failed to champion the course to build more basic schools but are rather interested in building a national cathedral, which is a medium to long-time goal for the country.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/cd647ecc2ac44999b8617ef78a78bf79\"\/><\/p>\n<p>He mentioned,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo Clergyman has ever advocated the use of the Heritage Fund to construct the needed schools, as the children learn in the rain.
