He made a history when he broke a twenty two year record held by Myles Leo in Texas when he completed a race in 9.97 seconds in 2021. He was born in 1998. He is also from eastern region of Ghana, Akim Oda to be precise. He is part of the people who founded the Legon Creative Athletes.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/56ba5e1b3667498a93758eb631fce2cd\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The diamond league was hosted in Paris, France this year. It contains a series of track and field events. Benjamin competed in the 100 meters race for Ghana. He emerged victorious after completing in 10.25 seconds. His win is a great win for Ghana and Africa at large.
