We had a pre-trial conference. The meeting just came up.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe has given us his word, he will be here on the 28th of June,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/22191989129,1002554\/MGL\/mgl_ado_atunwa_300x250 --><\/p>\n<p>This did not sit well with trial Judge Afia Serwaa Asare Botwe. She questioned why the court had not been informed earlier of the absence of the Minister, and why other witnesses for the Prosecution had not been prepared to show up and testify.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/dfed27af-6564-4a7b-a731-6b05ad6caf46-1024x766.jpg\" alt=\"Health Minister fails to show up to testify against Ato Forson\" class=\"wp-image-10032109588\" title=\"Health Minister fails to show up to testify against Ato Forson\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cWhen we have been entrusted with work, we just get it done. Don\u2019t let this be a point of confusion. Let it be your first and last. If you ever let us have a schedule like this and renege, it will not be good.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe prosecution is cautioned that such a request will not be accepted.
