The management of Ghanaian gospel musician Joyce Blessing has called on her fans and the general public to disregard a viral video of the singer boozing on camera.<\/p>\n
In the video which is fast circulating, the singer\u00a0is seen in a very drunk state, depressed and confessing her love for her alleged new lover, who is reportedly a married man. Joyce who was speaking under the influence of alcohol could be heard reaffirming her love for the lover who had reportedly jilted her.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis is red wine, you made me drunk,\u201d she said as she takes a big sip, adding\u00a0\u201cI love you, I f-cking love you\u201c.

But a statement from the management of Joyce Blessing said the footage was not recently recorded and sent to her new lover as purported in reports published in the blogs.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis video is an old video of a loving wife expressing private feelings to her husband and the content was not meant to be circulated publicly,\u201d the release published in the late hours of Wednesday said.<\/p>\n
It added that: \u201cit is rather unfortunate that certain persons are doing everything to destroy the hard-won reputation of a talented and inspirational musician.\u201d<\/p>\n
The statement further indicated that the management and legal team of Joyce Blessing have launched investigations into the matter and the culprit(s) who published the video \u201cshall certainly be held responsible\u201d.<\/p>\n
