She is also a cabinet minister. For a long while, she has not been in the country hence has not set a foot at the parliament house. Many efforts by the parliament of Ghana to contact her to answer some questions has proven futile.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/651fea2327834322a0c31e80520dd80e\"\/>Manasseh made a post on his social media with a picture of Adwoa Safo and said, &#8220;<span style=\"color: rgb(15, 20, 25);\">She is paid salary. She will be paid ex-gratia. And she&#8217;ll not be attacked like Togbe Afede if she doesn&#8217;t return the ex-gratia.&#8221; All members of parliament are entitled to an ex-gratia at the end of their four years of service.
