It is vital as it has to do with your pension benefits.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">\u00a0Glico pensions has taken custody of the money from the government. However, your personal details will be needed especially your beneficiaries so that they can pay your lump sum in case of any eventuality. Remember SSNIT would only pay your monthly retirement benefit not your lump sum. All staff are required to download the form\u00a0and fill.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">After filling the forms, the headmaster\/ headmistress or any of his\u00a0or her assistants should endorse it.
