When God created Adam in the beginning, he knew no one else apart from God until he was separated from God’s presence when he sinned. However Jesus came to die for our sins to restore us back into God’s presence. You can know him intimately today(John 3:26).\u00a0<\/p>\n

Here are 7 verses that increased my hunger to know God more personally.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u25cf Psalms 46:10 <\/strong>Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Psalms 46:11 <\/strong>The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Psalms 73:28<\/strong> But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, that I may declare all thy works.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Psalms 73:25<\/strong> Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Psalms 42:2<\/strong> My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?<\/p>\n

Meditate on these verses and the Holy Spirit shall stir up in you a strong desire to draw near to God and know him for yourself.<\/p>\n
