He said,\u201d <\/p>\n<p>a. An independent civilian expert body with a prosecutorial be established to probe allegations of violence by the members of the security agencies. <\/p>\n<p>b.An immediate end of the deployment of military personnel and civilian crowd control situations,  a complete ban on the deployment of the Ghana Armed Forces into primary, senior or tertiary educational establishments in connection with any demonstration by any student. <\/p>\n<p>c. An immediate end of the use of live ammunition in protest by unarmed civilians, and on crowd control situations; and in particular, there should be a ban on the use of gun or live ammunition in student or crowd control activities. <\/p>\n<p>d.
