According to the\u00a0Ministry of Transport, there was no procurement nor bidding process for the award of contract in the controversial Christmas tree and decorations by the Ghana Airports Company Limited.<\/p>\n<p>It could be recalled that during December, 2021, there were some Christmas decorations at the Kotoka Airport which included a very expensive Christmas tree. This tree created several reactions in the country and some suspected Paul Adom Otchere to have wasted state resources on a tree.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry revealed that the rented decorations were paid for by a sponsor and this implies that the airport incurred no cost on the 2021 Christmas decorations.<\/p>\n<p>Some Ghanaians have reacted to the Ministry of Transport&#8217;s new discovery and below are some reactions.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/07fc5028d85b4dc094172ca3e88e23b5\"\/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/0a8a9f24581e4100b5853e8a597da828\"\/><\/p>\n<p>From the reactions above, some Ghanaians seem happy about the alert from the Ministry against Paul Adom Otchere.
