He always comes and smokes in the ghetto, according to the man who recorded him on tape, and he also gives information for them to be detained.<\/p>\n<p>Sergeant Isaac Nii Sowah is the name of this police officer. He was assigned to the Regional Police Command of Accra. He was caught smoking while wearing a police outfit. It&#8217;s thought that the material he was caught with was a narcotic drug. The police department is investigating their colleague&#8217;s case in order to take the appropriate disciplinary and legal steps.<\/p>\n<p>The police have opted to assist this sergeant psychosocially because they care about all of their personnel. &#8220;In addition, he would be provided with the appropriate psycho-social care in accordance with the new strategic welfare program,&#8221; they added.
