1 Corinthians 7:8-9 I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, It is good for them if they abide even as I. But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.<\/strong><\/p>\n I want to first and foremost establish the fact that you will not die if you don’t have sex.<\/p>\n You shouldn’t be in a hurry to have sex just because others have reported that engaging in the act is sweeter than honey.\u00a0<\/p>\n Genesis 1:27-28 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.<\/strong><\/p>\n Sex was designed by God primarily for procreation and secondarily for pleasure. God said to Adam that He should be fruitful and multiply(Genesis 1:28). Sex is exclusively for married couples. Therefore if you are single and respect God’s law concerning sex but are feeling a burning desire to have sex then marry. However if you are not ready for marriage now, ask the Holy Spirit to help you abstain from sex until the right time.<\/p>\n May the Lord help you resist the temptation to do the thing before the day of your holy matrimony in the name of Jesus.
