Asante Kotoko hitman Frank Mbella Etouga has been in imperious form since joining the Kumasi based club. He is currently topping the goal scorers chart with 21 goals, 1 goal more than his closest contender Yaw Annoh of Ashgold who is on 20 goals. We have 2 matches left to end the season. It will be interesting to see what the top scorer’s table will look like after the season concludes. Yaw Annoh will be desperate to put the struggles of the club behind him by winning the top scorer accolade.<\/p>\n

Based on Etouga’s current form, will it be fair for me to say that he is better than Ishmael Addo? Not at all. We can only be fair if we are comparing their performance over the same duration. Let’s allow Etouga to play for a few more seasons then we can compare the numbers. He is yet to complete a full season for Kotoko. Ishmael Addo was in top form consistently for the phobians for over 6 years. He led them to win the CAF champions league once. He has won the top scorers accolade 3 times with the phobians. Etouga just led Kotoko to their<\/p>\n
