Following the issues of terrorist in West Africa these days; Captain Kwadwo Smart boldly speaks about what is happening around the Jubilee and the Security experts in the Country are quiet. <\/p>\n<p>According to Captain Smart, certain incidence do happen at the Jubilee house which is making it unsafe for the president of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/b2562d5b71c0422b84174cadd131f1cc\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Captain Smart made it clear that, around 3pm unexpected traffic do happen around the jubilee house and no one has taken that into consideration. Captain Smart added that, unknown people could be seen sitting on the wall around the jubilee house and no security expert is boarded to take action.<\/p>\n<p>Captain Kwadwo smart added that, he once saw a mad operating mobile phone around the jubilee which is making the residence unsafe for the president.
