Historically, power has been distributed among the sexes disparately. Power and powerful positions have most often been associated with men as opposed to women. As  equality increases, women hold more and more powerful positions. Many more women are providing leadership in government, business, higher education, nonprofit ventures, and other areas of life, in many more countries of the world, than would ever have been true in the past. Accurate and proportional representation of women in social systems has been shown to be important to the long-lasting success of the human race.<\/p>\n<p>Many women are now given the chance to move outside of their <strong>&#8220;Kitchen&#8221;<\/strong> as they are known to be in. Many times, in a lot of countries and even in Ghana now, we see many women also doing their very best to shoot up in all aspects of the working field.<\/p>\n<p>Many women who are seen to be doing well and are highly respected in Ghana are listed below;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 .
