The routine unannounced school visits took the education minister to Sakafia Islamic Senior High School located at Asokore Mampong. <\/p>\n

Where he inspected the school’s kitchen and he appreciated the good work the kitchen staff to ensure that government quest for the smooth implementation of the Free SHS program.<\/p>\n

He joined the student body for breakfast. Afterwards, he moved to the science laboratory to inspect the new laboratory equipment recently supplied to the school. He also used the opportunity to monitor how the equipment are\u00a0being used to support teaching and learning in the school.<\/p>\n

He urged the students to take their studies seriously in order to excel in the WASSCE.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He commended the gallant staff of Sakafia Islamic SHS for the great work they are doing for their students and the country as a whole.<\/p>\n

In return, the staff and students of the school expressed their profound gratitude for the surprise visit. They promised to do more to lift the image of the school and make it the best in the Ashanti Region and across Ghana.<\/p>\n
