He revealed that in one of their discussions or meetings, the ministers disapproved of the alternative of re-introducing price control. Price controls are restrictions set in place and enforced by governments, on the prices that can be charged for goods and services in a market.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(15, 20, 25);\">&#8220;Should Ghana re-introduce price controls in an attempt to curb rising costs of goods and services? Cabinet, I am told, has so far rejected that option. History tells us that price controls have been an unmitigated disaster in Ghana.
