He is a very strategic guy\u201d. He said on Oyerepa Breakfast Show.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCOKA will frustrate NDC in the region because he made one move. I remember one occasion COKA bought cards, hampers distributed them to many people  you, Joel, Anuty Naa and others, is then that we decided to pray against him heavily\u201d.
