{"id":1103721,"date":"2022-05-30T06:06:32","date_gmt":"2022-05-30T06:06:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2022\/05\/30\/2022-citi-business-festival-launches-today-digital-economy-forum-slated-for-tuesday\/"},"modified":"2022-05-30T06:06:32","modified_gmt":"2022-05-30T06:06:32","slug":"2022-citi-business-festival-launches-today-digital-economy-forum-slated-for-tuesday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2022\/05\/30\/2022-citi-business-festival-launches-today-digital-economy-forum-slated-for-tuesday\/","title":{"rendered":"2022 Citi Business Festival launches today; digital economy forum slated for Tuesday"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p class=\"p1\">The 2022 edition of the\u00a0<b>Citi Business Festival<\/b> being organised <b>Citi FM\/Citi TV<\/b> will be launched today, Monday, May 30.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This will mark the commencement of the annual month-long festival that seeks to help businesses with growth <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">strategies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The first week of the <b>Citi Business Festival<\/b> will hinge on the subject, \u201cRe-imagining the Digital Economy.\u201d<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">On Tuesday, May 31, 2022, a forum will be held live on <strong>Citi TV<\/strong> at 11:00am on the topic above.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The forum is meant to explore the possibilities for business in the new business ecosystem as the world approaches the fourth industrial revolution, which is driving changes in the new digital economy.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">It will be hosted by Kokui Selormey-Hanson with panel members from the Bank of Ghana, IT Consortium, ABSA Bank and MTN Ghana.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Later in the week, discussions will be centered on \u201cTransforming business using digital technology\u201d and \u201cUnderstanding the mobile finance ecosystem\u201d.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-855406\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Citi-Business-Festival-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"782\" height=\"1080\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The entire month of June is dedicated to business on <strong>Citi TV<\/strong> and <strong>97.3 Citi FM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The <strong>Citi Business Festival<\/strong> is an extensive program of business events and on-air activities providing inspiration, business ideas, and information to persons who are starting, building, or growing their businesses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">On-air series will air on the <strong>Citi Breakfast Show<\/strong> on <strong>97.3 Citi FM<\/strong> every weekday.
