They need something that will force them into change. When the police sees something they should do something and the taking of bribes need to be stopped. Laws should be enforced to check human activities<\/p>\n<p><strong>@richardadu509<\/strong> \u2013 Yhh that is an attitudinal change for we the people of Ghana.
