He gave this reply to his critics who always complain that he has stop talking on National issues.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Mantey further tailored his explanation with a scenario that, all 4\u00d74 athletes run on the field if he or she is holding a baton. That means anybody who runs in a 4\u00d74 relay without a baton is mad.<\/p>\n<p>He threw more light that, the Constitution of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana allows a sitting Moderator to speak in the name of the church. The sitting Moderator holds the baton and can speak for the church.<\/p>\n<p>He also added that, notwithstanding, he has adopted another method of communicating to those in authority without necessarily coming public.
