Upon my demise, my portion of the said land should be given to Ruth Korkor Odonkor\u201d.<\/p>\n Sir John on that same page said \u201cI give my portion of land that jointly own at the Achimota Forest in the name of DML Limited to Elizabeth Asare Boateng who at the time of making this will is domiciled in the USA forever.\u201d<\/p>\n Additionally, \u201cI give my land situate at the Ramsar area at Sakumono in the Greater Accra Region and measuring 5.07 acres to my sisters Abena Saah and her children, Comfort Amoateng and her children, Abena Konadu and Juliet Akua Arko and her children on equal share basis forever,\u201d the will states.<\/p>\n However, according to a statement released by the Ministry of Lands, there is no evidence to suggest that Sir John possessed any property in the Achimota.<\/p>\n According to the announcement, the Minister has ordered the Lands and Forestry Commissions to nullify Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie\u2019s land title in Achimota Forest and Sakumono Ramsar site.<\/p>\n – –<\/span> – – The Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources said its preliminary examination into the will of the late Sir John found no evidence of his ownership of areas of the Achimota forest and the Sakumono Ramsar site.
