IT HAS BEEN SOLD!\n<\/p>\n<p>\nCheck the first comment.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe comments of Mannaseh Azure comes as a background to the the alleged WILL of the late former General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) , Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, popularly known as Sir John who was also the Head of the Forestry Commission which has been leaked.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/57b4a9e9032548329e4095856bdb6423\"\/>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAccording to Mannaseh, his paper The Fourth Estate has exclusively secured the full 12-page will of the late Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie (Sir John). Achimota Forest and Ramsar site lands, local and foreign bank accounts, cars and guns feature in what appears to be massive wealth left behind by the former NPP General Secretary CEO of the Forestry Commission.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nOn page 4 of the will, Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, whose office was situated at the Achimota Forest until his death, states:\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cI give my land situate at the Achimota Forest in the name of Jakaypro Limited and measuring 5.541 acres to the following persons forever.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/5701258ee5d943d4b03d28e48a6dfb37\"\/>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nOn page 5 of the will, it is stated: \u201cI give my land also situate at the Achimota Forest in the name of Fasoh Limited and measuring 0.987acres to my nephews Michael Owusu, Yaw Boadu and Kwabena Amoateng forever.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<p>\nOn the same page, the will states: \u201cI jointly own a piece of land at Achimota Forest with Charles Owusu. Upon my demise, my portion of the said land should be given to Ruth Korkor Odonkor.\u201d<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/27f91ad4520c49bc941a0e0198af6fbb\"\/>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThat\u2019s not all.
