The National Communication Team Member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kingsley Amaliba reveals the cause of “Dumsor” in an interview with the host of “Me Man Nti” on Neat 100.9 FM.<\/p>\n

According to Kingsley Amaliba, what has made “Dumsor” be on the rise is the previous actions of the president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo before the 2020 election.<\/p>\n

Kingsley Amaliba explained the previous actions as Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo making electricity free to the Ghanaians for three (3) months.<\/p>\n

Kingsley Amaliba said the president of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo made electricity free to the Ghanaians, and due to that, the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has lost a lot of resources and currently they want to replenish what they have lost.<\/p>\n

Kingsley Amaliba also said since the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) wants to replenish what they have lost, it has caused the “Dumsor” to be on the rise and also the increment in electricity bills.<\/p>\n
