{"id":1087095,"date":"2022-05-14T11:59:08","date_gmt":"2022-05-14T11:59:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2022\/05\/14\/joe-mettle-commends-vgma-organisers\/"},"modified":"2022-05-14T11:59:08","modified_gmt":"2022-05-14T11:59:08","slug":"joe-mettle-commends-vgma-organisers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2022\/05\/14\/joe-mettle-commends-vgma-organisers\/","title":{"rendered":"Joe Mettle Commends VGMA Organisers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Joe Mettle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gospel singer and multiple awards winner, Joe Mettle, has said there has been a great change in the Vodafone Ghana  Awards (VGMA), making it better than it used to be.<\/p>\n<p>He is set to embark on a four-city tour to celebrate ten years of his annual concert dubbed, \u201cPraise Reloaded Concert\u201d from May 15.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview with Takoradi-based YFM, the gospel musician said the awards scheme gets better every year, making it very unique.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery year, they try bringing something new to create a whole different experience that will make it better than the previous years. And I think basically that is what the organisers are trying to do. And it\u2019s not very easy,\u201d Joe Mettle said.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, there is much progress in the award scheme, adding, \u201cI feel there is progress compared to the previous editions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Joe Mettle is credited with several hit songs including \u2018Onwanwani\u2019, \u2018Bo Noo Ni\u2019, \u2018Amen\u2019 featuring Ntokozo Mbambo, \u2018My Everything\u2019, \u2018Ye Obua Mi\u2019, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Joe has also featured on the popular South African Broadcasting Corporation\u2019s TV show titled, \u2018Gospel Classics\u2019, which also had Donnie McClurkin.<\/p>\n<p>He is credited with a number of local and international awards.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- AI CONTENT END 2 -->\n\t<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Joe Mettle Gospel singer and multiple awards winner, Joe Mettle, has said there has been a great change in the Vodafone Ghana Awards (VGMA), making it better than it used to be.
