Please follow me to get access to all my newly published articles. <\/strong><\/p>\n The recent circulating news has undoubtedly caused a massive stir, debates, and arguments across all social media platforms when the General Secretary of the ruling party boldly took the privilege to reply to the former President, John Mahama\u2019s speech over the economic mismanagement under the Akufo Addo government. <\/p>\n Speaking in a recent interview on JoyNews, the General Secretary of the NPP, John Boadu took the privilege to highlight that, John Mahama couldn\u2019t even manage the country\u2019s economy during his tenure where Ghana didn\u2019t experience any pandemic or hike in fuel prices as a result of the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine hence, he [Mahama] wouldn\u2019t perform any better. <\/p>\n John Boadu later added that John Mahama and the NDC should rather be thankful that, Akufo Addo is currently Ghana\u2019s President in these trying times and not otherwise.<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t think that he has an exemplary history of how well an economy is managed so comment from him [Mahama] will be considered but I can assure you that, we are far better managers of this economy than they can think of. We are lucky Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo\u2019s government is in power in times of this drastic shock; twin problem of Covid and fuel pricing crisis. The NDC didn\u2019t experience that but we saw how they manage to perform. He [Mahana] wouldn\u2019t perform anything better than what has been done.
