He describes how the process went and hence, the problem.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s what he said;<\/p>\n<p>What the court is doing is a matter of number. What Sam Okudzeto and his colleagues are saying is that the number that passed the e-levy was not up to the constitutional requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Another side is also saying that the numbers shouldn&#8217;t be an issue.
