{"id":1080394,"date":"2022-05-08T15:07:29","date_gmt":"2022-05-08T15:07:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2022\/05\/08\/boa-amponsem-shs-boass-launches-60th-anniversary\/"},"modified":"2022-05-08T15:07:29","modified_gmt":"2022-05-08T15:07:29","slug":"boa-amponsem-shs-boass-launches-60th-anniversary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2022\/05\/08\/boa-amponsem-shs-boass-launches-60th-anniversary\/","title":{"rendered":"Boa-Amponsem SHS (BOASS) launches 60th Anniversary"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<article>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/d3b6c1da8f784e54bdd8ab949e403c67\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The 60th anniversary of Boa-Amponsem Senior High School (BOASS ) has been launched in Dunkwa-on-Offin in the Central Region.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0has launched its 60th Anniversary at the\u00a0Ben Amoono Hotel under the theme: \u201cBOASS @60,\u00a0The Role Of Stakeholders In Promoting Quality Free Senior\u00a0High School\u00a0Education For National Development.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A colourful parade was mounted by the Boa-Amponsem Senior High School Army Cadet Corps and was reviewed\u00a0 to precede the launch on Saturday,\u00a0 May 7th 2022.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/e05f63a8ef2e4be7a01aacd5cb182bf4\"\/><\/p>\n<p>In his welcome address, Mrs\u00a0 Grace Anapong the Headmistress of the school, , thanked BAPSA and all\u00a0 for their contributions to the school\u2019s success and further prayed for strengthening \u201cthe existing partnership with our major stakeholders to build and expand the footprints of our dear school\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>She however called on all stakeholders\u00a0 to help establish dormitories and a school dinner hall extension.<\/p>\n<p>In his speech, the National President of\u00a0 BAPSA, Mr. Ekow Hughes, stated that there is a need \u201cto help build the school to a Grade School. \u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/b40d390a23ae42cba4fd06240b3513de\"\/><\/p>\n<p>He, therefore, called on all \u201cto think deep and invest in our great Alma mater to set the pace for an enhanced education .\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI congrate\u00a0 the BOASS\u00a0 National Maths and Science quiz team for making\u00a0 a historic semi-final berth ,the Municipal\u00a0 Assembly\u00a0 is putting\u00a0 in more effort\u00a0 to respond to the plight of the school,\u201d MCE Upper Denkyira East said .<\/p>\n<p>The 60th-anniversary logo was unveiled by the DCE Upper Denkyira West ,Mr. Richmond Koduah\u00a0 \u00a0,while the anniversary cloth, was unveiled by\u00a0 MCE\u00a0 Upper Denkyira East,\u00a0 Mr. Ebenezer Appiah Forson.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/d0f131c54d014257823c3344b91db043\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The 60th anniversary was duly launched by Municipal\u00a0 Education\u00a0 Director, Mr. Eugene Quarshie with music from the school choir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Content created and supplied by: [email\u00a0protected] (via  Opera<br \/>\nNews )<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<p class=\"copyright hide\">\n<span class=\"content\">    ,  .   ,     .
