Some will say you are just talking it\u2019s not easy, but we are people who did it. We got involved and have proved the global standard. We raise the game and make football more attractive,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0he told sports Journalist, Dan Kweku Yeboah.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong\/><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_133\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-133\" style=\"width: 1600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-133 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/215287983_305099.jpg\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1021\"  \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-133\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>Mr Mensah\u2019s heydays in Ghana football and chairman of Kumasi based Kotoko was a talk-in-town.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Football pundits, however, described him as the <em>\u2018messiah<\/em>\u2019 after transforming Kumasi Asante Kotoko to become one of the most difficult clubs to beat \u2013 not only in Ghana but in Africa and the world at large.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>His involvements in Ghana\u2019s version of the \u2018El Classico\u2019 \u2013 match between Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak were peerless to date. <br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Even though Mr Herbert Mensah is not into active football administration now \u2013 he believes the current football authorities can do better to make the domestic league lucrative. <br \/>\u00a0<br \/><em>\u201cNo investor will like to invest in a league when nobody is watching. Ghana football shouldn\u2019t be about going to World Cup alone.
