Khloe Kardashian says there\u2019s an \u201c80 percent chance\u201d she\u2019ll miscarry if she has a second child.<\/p>\n

The 36-year-old reality star has been talking with Tristan Thompson \u2013 with whom she already has two-year-old True \u2013 about expanding their family, but has now said she may have to use a surrogate mother for the process because she\u2019s been declared a \u201chigh-risk carrier\u201d.<\/p>\n

Speaking to her sister, Kim Kardashian West, about starting the process of freezing her eggs during the season premiere of \u2018Keeping Up with the Kardashians\u2019, Khloe said: \u201cI have to wait until the mixing process is done before I know how many embryos I have. But I spoke to Dr. A and she was just a little concerned about like, I did a check and blood panels and all this stuff, and she just said that I would be a high-risk carrier for a pregnancy.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Good American founder didn\u2019t go into specifics on camera, but revealed there is \u201can 80-something percent chance\u201d she\u2019ll suffer a miscarriage if she carries another baby.<\/p>\n

Khloe also explains she \u201calmost miscarried\u201d whilst expecting True, and admits the setbacks she\u2019s faced in trying to expand her family have been \u201chard to digest\u201d.<\/p>\n

She said: \u201cI almost miscarried with True at the beginning. But I didn\u2019t know that was a lingering thing. All I\u2019m trying to do is bring more love into my life and into my family. And it just \u2026 I seem to be running into more and more roadblocks and it\u2019s really hard for me to digest.\u201d<\/p>\n

But Khloe\u2019s sister Kim \u2013 who has North, seven, Saint, five, Chicago, three, and Psalm, 22 months, with her estranged husband Kanye West \u2013 was quick to reassure her that using a surrogate mother is nothing to be scared of, after the 40-year-old beauty welcomed her two youngest children, Chicago and Psalm, via surrogate.<\/p>\n

She told Khloe: \u201c[I had] the best experience with surrogacy. And I think that you know what giving birth feels like. I always say, if you can do it like, it\u2019s such an amazing experience. But you\u2019ll see that the love that you have for your kids is exactly the same. [There\u2019s] no difference [except] there was someone else that was the carrier.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite Kim\u2019s encouraging words, Khloe still finds the prospect of surrogacy \u201creally scary\u201d.<\/p>\n

In confessional, she said: \u201cI\u2019m really grateful that there are other options but, I loved being pregnant with True. It\u2019s such a beautiful experience to have. Knowing I\u2019d might never get to feel like that again, it\u2019s daunting, it\u2019s scary, it\u2019s stressful and it breaks my heart.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 20th and final season of \u2018Keeping Up with the Kardashians\u2019 will premiere on Thursday.<\/p>\n
