The Royals have been impressive in their last five games, clocking 10 points and moving into 9th with 36 points from 26 matches. The initially disastrous performance has been shelved for a more productive output and Maxwell Konadu has touched on what caused the poor start to the season.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/e64267f1e3c64cfb885c86d109fd8f65\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cNormally when you pick up a new team you know, we did away with about 13 old players and brought in the same number. \u201cGelling was a problem and somewhere along the line we were struggling. \u201cBut we sat down and analyzed the team so well and adopted the 4-4-2 system and that is what we\u2019ve been playing ever since I returned from AFCON.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/8f7ec816bafc41e1857ec2ea26342e62\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo we have mastered it and it\u2019s now working for us so we\u2019re going to continue with 4-4-2 system.\u201d Maxwell Konadu told StarTimes.
