Speaking on Onua Maakye show on Onua TV this morning, Captain Smart dropped some serious allegations against the Municipal Chief Executive of Obuasi municipal.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/661b4ff191414c8e9de1b8862c0ec9d9\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Captain Smart dropped a document to show the kind of expenses incurred in the recent ended 70th New Year School which is beinh organized each year.
