Therefore, Parliament will implement the e-levy on the first day of May 2022. However, Captain Kwadwo Smart sends a bold message to the speaker and members of parliament who have the intentions of implementing the e-levy on 1st May 2022.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/a31a1eb9d6f44feaaf33dcc537fe4fb8\"\/><\/p>\n<p>According to Captain Kwadwo Smart, anyone who try to implement the e-levy will not succeed. Captain Smart further explained that, <strong>he is not a prophet but<\/strong> Parliament cannot initiate or start the e-levy on 1st May 2022.
