For any bill to be passed, if parliament does not postpone a bill and the president appends his signature, anyone who rises against it has to be prosecuted.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Thus, Supreme Court can Imprison Haruna Iddrisu and other NDC fellows who supported his act of rising against a bill that has been passed, now a law.<\/p>\n<p>He now becomes a lawbreaker since he&#8217;s fouled it and must be prosecuted.
