Therefore one of the reasons they brought the E-levy is to help mobilize enough funds to help create jobs for the youth by giving out start up capital and also strengthening the private sectors<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Also another major problem the e-levy will tackle will be construction of\u00a0roads.
